Quando rifletto sulla pittura, spesso scompongo la creazione in tre parti.
Primo, immagino lo scenario naturale che può essere semplice come un fiore e una foglia, poi elaboro la mia percezione individuale della natura per darle un nuovo significato, infine scelgo il linguaggio da usare con le pennellate che crei una sintesi delle due parti.
When I think about painting, I often break down creation into three parts.
First, I imagine the natural scenario that can be as simple as a flower and a leaf, then I elaborate my individual perception of nature to give it a new meaning, finally I choose the language to use with the brushstrokes that create a synthesis of the two parts.
在面对绘画，我常常把它分解成三个角度，第一是选择可以入画的自然景致，这可以简单到一花一叶；第二是我对自然景致的意境的投射，这是个体重新赋予自然的能力与意义；第三便是思考选择以什么样的笔墨语言来重现这两者。
